A unique combination of Vinyasa flow, Hatha and Restorative styles of yoga that nurture the body, mind & soul. Beginning with breath work; moving on to yoga asana and finishing with a guided meditation to promote relaxation. This class moves at slower pace; tapping into the wisdom of our bodies- allowing you to physically, emotionally and spiritually connect with yourself. All sessions are enhanced with therapeutic grade essential oils for added healing connection, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you relax and really focus on yourself. Kacie is a Wellness Guide to Self Love. As a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Peaceful Warrior Yoga Center, and Yoga Womb, in addition to receiving a BA in Psychology from Adelphi University. She is also certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Registered with the Yoga Alliance, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, a Young Living Essential Oil Independent Distributor and the founder of Guided By Grace. Kacie is equipped with extensive knowledge in holistic healing, nutrition, health coaching, yoga and preventive health. Her intuition for building relationships and knowledge of different dietary theories allows Kacie to collaborate with clients to help them make practical lifestyle changes producing real and lasting results. She will help you shift your behavior to develop lifelong healthy habits that will allow you to thrive; all while nurturing the body, mind and soul.
