This is designed for mamas-to-be who are looking to prepare for childbirth: soothe discomforts of carrying a baby all while strengthening mind, body and spirit. In this nurturing 2- hour workshop we will use a variety of modalities, including breath, movement, nutrition, essential oils and meditation to explore and release some of those common stressors and fears. So get ready to FEEL GOOD & EMPOWERED, find new ways to bond with your baby and discover your body's ability to take care of you both, because this journey to Motherhood thing - YOU'VE TOTALLY GOT THIS! Kacie is a Wellness Guide to Self Love. As a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Peaceful Warrior Yoga Center, and Yoga Womb, in addition to receiving a BA in Psychology from Adelphi University. She is also certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Registered with the Yoga Alliance, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, a Young Living Essential Oil Independent Distributor and the founder of Guided By Grace. Kacie is equipped with extensive knowledge in holistic healing, nutrition, health coaching, yoga and preventive health. Her intuition for building relationships and knowledge of different dietary theories allows Kacie to collaborate with clients to help them make practical lifestyle changes producing real and lasting results. She will help you shift your behavior to develop lifelong healthy habits that will allow you to thrive; all while nurturing the body, mind and soul.
