Join Kacie and baby Giada for a beautiful multi-level postpartum yoga class
In those few months after birth we tend to lose connection to ourselves and our breath not to mention our daily practice. Between naps, feeding and finding a babysitter- getting to your mat is almost impossible. This class has been designed to have the opportunity to practice while connecting with your little one. To reawaken & strengthen your postpartum body, release tension, increase circulation and improve core stability and pelvic toning. We will take some time for ourselves, then to connect with our baby by moving through postures to do with him or her, followed by some baby specific poses designed to help their digestion, sleep and health growth. This class will help you regain physical, mental & emotional strength during those early stages of motherhood while you meet other new moms & babies. Ages 6 weeks to 18mo's Bring a blanket for baby, carrier, a boppy or anything else they may need (feeding, changing, etc).

Kacie Merendino is a Wellness Guide to Self Love. As a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Peaceful Warrior Yoga Center, and Yoga Womb, in addition to receiving a BA in Psychology from Adelphi University. She is also certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Registered with the Yoga Alliance, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, a Young Living Essential Oil Independent Distributor and the founder of Guided By Grace. Kacie is equipped with extensive knowledge in holistic healing, nutrition, health coaching, yoga and preventive health. Her intuition for building relationships and knowledge of different dietary theories allows Kacie to collaborate with clients to help them make practical lifestyle changes producing real and lasting results. She will help you shift your behavior to develop lifelong healthy habits that will allow you to thrive; all while nurturing the body, mind and soul.
