Reiki Circle/ Guided Meditation
Reiki is an ancient Tibetan healing method that was rediscovered in the early 20th century. Rei means universal and can also refer to a spiritual dimension and or soul. Ki means vital force energy that flows thru all that is alive. Thus, universal life force energy. Reiki allows the recipient to absorb channeled life force energy.
Reiki has been acclaimed as a gentle, non invasive holistic healing method that can reduce pain and stress reduction. It is said to restore mental, emotional and physical balance. It's believed that the human body has an "aura" which is quad layered w/the Etheric Level (energetic duplicate of the body, Emotional Level, Mental Level and Spiritual Level.
